Client - Chef Alwi of Alwi’s Food Restaurant
Chef Alwi is a long time friend of mine. Our friendship started in 2018 when I was in the same Business Networking organization with him.
He is a talented chef. Besides running his restaurant in Sungai Buloh, he is also provides consultation services on Restaurant busines.
He has consulted on various restaurant turnkey management, Charlie’s Place Restaurant, Barra Restaurant, Brunei Jerudong and Satay Power Restaurant. This includes input from the initial planning stages, and concept, to décor, menu planning, costs management and SOP for food preparation and workflow in the kitchen up to 6 months of operation to ensure follow thru and setting up the foundation for a successful business.
We had fun during the portrait session and I am truly inspired by him.
